Terms of sale and use.
These cover buying and using Trader Kit, and using this website. The per-tier rights are in the licences; the refund promise is on the support page.
What you are buying
Trader Kit is downloadable source code, sold once at a fixed price per tier. It is not a subscription, a hosted service, or access to anything we operate. You download the files and run them on infrastructure you control, using provider accounts you open and pay for yourself.
No funded AI usage, market-data subscription, brokerage connection or hosting is included in the price.
Delivery
After a successful payment you receive a receipt and a download of the release archive for the tier you bought, along with the matching licence. If anything about that fails, email support@noulisystems.com and we will re-issue it rather than asking you to buy again.
Who you are buying from
Orders are processed by a third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record. That provider is the seller of record for the transaction, handles payment processing, and collects any sales tax or VAT due in your country. Its terms apply to the payment itself alongside these terms.
What it is not
This is research software. It does not provide financial, investment or trading advice, does not place orders, does not connect to a broker, and never holds your money. Nothing on this site or in the product is a recommendation to trade, and no result is a prediction. The research policy sets this out in full.
If you later connect the code to any broker or execution system, that is your decision and your responsibility — including its terms, your regulatory position, and any loss.
Updates and support
You receive the release available at the time of purchase. We do not promise future versions, a release schedule, or continued availability of any third-party service the code integrates with. Support is limited to what the support page describes.
No warranty
The software is supplied as-is, without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it is free of defects, fit for a particular purpose, or that it will produce any particular result. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Acceptable use of this website
The public demonstration on this site is provided for viewing and research. Do not attempt to overload it, extract data at scale, or use it as a backend for another application.
