Email support@noulisystems.com. That address is read by the person who builds this, not a queue. Expect a reply within two business days.

Refunds

Fourteen days, no questions asked. Email the address above with your order number and we will refund the purchase in full. You do not have to explain why, and we will not ask you to justify it.

Because the product is source code, you keep whatever you have already downloaded. We are trusting you not to abuse that, and the policy stays this simple for as long as that holds.

Refunds are issued through the payment provider that processed the order, back to the original payment method. The provider decides how long it takes to appear on your statement, which is usually a few working days.

If a download fails

Email us. Do not buy a second copy to work around it. Include the email address you ordered with, and we will re-issue access to the correct tier.

What support covers

Getting the delivered source running as documented, replacing a broken or wrong-tier download, and answering questions about what the code does. That is the whole of it.

It does not cover writing your features, debugging your modifications, configuring your hosting or provider accounts, or any question about trading, markets or whether to place a trade. The product is research software and carries no financial advice. See the research policy.

Third-party accounts

The kit runs on your own infrastructure with your own credentials. Market-data, hosting and AI providers are separate companies with their own terms, pricing and outages. We cannot grant, restore or pay for access to any of them on your behalf.
