Read the licence before you buy, not after.

Each buyer receives the licence matching their tier. Both are published here in full so you can read them before paying. The terms of sale cover the purchase itself.

Pro — US$149

Grants one buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and modify the delivered Trader Kit source code for their own personal projects or one internal business operation.

You may deploy modified copies for your own use. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute or publish the paid source, or offer the kit itself as a hosted template or competing source product.

Third-party services, including market-data providers, hosting providers and AI providers, remain subject to their own terms. You are responsible for your own credentials, deployments, regulatory obligations, and any trading or brokerage connection you choose to add.

The product is delivered for educational and research purposes. It does not provide financial advice or a promise of profit. To the maximum extent permitted by law, it is supplied as-is without warranty.

Commercial — US$349

Includes the rights in the Pro licence, and additionally permits you to incorporate modified Trader Kit source code into a commercial product or a client deployment.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, white-label or make available the original paid source as a standalone product, boilerplate package, or hosted service that competes with Trader Kit or Nouli Systems.

You remain responsible for contracts with every third-party model, market-data, cloud, broker, payments and identity provider used with your deployment. This licence grants no rights in those third-party services.

The product is research software, not financial advice, a trading-system guarantee, or a promise of commercial fitness. It is supplied as-is to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Which one do I need?

If you are building something for yourself, or for use inside one business you work in, Pro is enough. If the result will be sold, shipped to clients, or built into a product other people pay for, you need Commercial.

Unsure? Email support@noulisystems.com and describe what you are building. We would rather point you at the right tier than sell you the wrong one.
