What this site collects, in plain terms.

There is no account to create here and no newsletter to join. The short version: aggregate visitor statistics, and research data that stays inside your own browser.

Visitor statistics

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count page views and measure how quickly pages load. These report aggregate figures — which pages are visited, roughly where from, how fast they rendered. They do not tell us who you are, and we do not combine them with anything else.

Research data stays in your browser

The Markets page keeps its evidence ledger and simulated paper positions in your browser’s local storage. That information is never transmitted to us and we cannot read it. Clearing your browser data deletes it permanently, and we hold no copy to restore.

Market data

Your browser connects directly to a public foreign-exchange market-data feed to display live prices. That connection is between your browser and the data provider. No account is involved and nothing is sent that identifies you.

Purchases

When checkout opens, orders will be handled by a third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record. That provider collects and processes payment details under its own privacy policy. We never receive or store your card number. We receive the order record needed to deliver your download and honour refunds: your email address, which product tier you bought, and the order reference.

Email you send us

If you email support@noulisystems.com, we keep that correspondence so we can help you and keep a record of orders and refunds. We do not add you to any mailing list.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email the address above. Records tied to a completed purchase may be kept where we are required to retain them for tax or accounting purposes.

Changes

If this changes materially, the page changes with it. It is deliberately short because the site genuinely does very little with your data.
